schedule an appointment, please call the Chatham Hospital Scheduling
Department at (919) 799-4510. A referral from a physician with a
current NC license is needed to make an appointment. Referrals can be
faxed to (919) 799-4511 or can be dropped off Monday through Friday
between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the address below:
